Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change and that unexpected circumstances arise.

This policy exists not only to protect the time reserved for your appointment, but also out of consideration for other clients. When an appointment is reserved specifically for you, that time is no longer available to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment or genuinely need the opportunity to receive care.

When cancellations or missed appointments occur at short notice, it may not be possible to offer that time to another person. I therefore ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

The intention of this policy is not to penalise you when life happens, but to encourage mutual respect for the time and space reserved for everyone.

Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice can be changed without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, but before the day of the appointment, incur a $50 cancellation fee.

If you have already rescheduled an appointment twice, a third rescheduling request within this 48-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and the full appointment fee will apply.

Same-day cancellations

A same-day cancellation is a cancellation made after the start of Aesha Spirit's business hours on the day of your appointment.

Same-day cancellations generally incur the full appointment fee.

If you need to change your appointment to a later available time on the same day, I may be able to accommodate this where availability allows. This will not automatically be treated as a cancellation.

No-shows

A no-show is when you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted Aesha Spirit beforehand.

No-shows incur the full appointment fee.

Genuine or unforeseen circumstances

I understand that genuine and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Cancellation fees may be reduced or waived at my discretion depending on the circumstances.

Arriving late

Please arrive on time so that we can make the most of your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected. The appointment fee remains payable.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, I may recommend rescheduling the appointment. In this circumstance, the full appointment fee may apply.

Repeated cancellations or lateness

If there is a repeated pattern of late cancellations, missed appointments or significant lateness, future appointments may require the full appointment fee to be paid in advance.

Please contact Aesha Spirit as soon as possible by phone/Whatsapp/email or through the usual booking channel.
